I can't believe that we're already coming down the backside of this 100 days. Some of us will probably have outside babies by the time this is over - Michelle, do you think you'll make it?
I am going to go work on a paper now, until I have to get ready for a bridal shower this afternoon. I am so praying this shower is inside, because we've got a massive heatwave coming in today that's supposed to last all week. I'm also praying that our 20+ year old air conditioner holds steady through the heatwave...
Anyways, I plan a walk this evening with DH after I get home from the shower. What's everyone else doing today?
Re: Day 59 of 100 - they're just ticking by
I plan/hope to walk the dogs with my mom tonight after dusk. We're finally getting the heatwave this week you guys down south have been sufferring from. Since I live in Toronto (right on Lake Ontario), the humidity makes the heat unbearable. It's expected to go up to as high as 45'C/113'F today! BUT I'M NOT COMPLAINING BECAUSE I LOVE THE HOT & SUNNY SUMMERS OVER COLD & MISERABLE WINTERS.
I have my family baby shower today, and I'm super excited! My aunt's house has a/c, and I'm guessing we'll be indoors for the entire event.
I plan to go back to the air conditioned Gym tomorrow morning (and smile at the jealous faces while I work out!).
