    I like Grace as a mn since Ophelia is such a unique (very pretty) name.  It ties the name together nicely.

    Little sleep + on phone + nursing = fail. I totally saw Rowan as Rose. I think Ophelia Rose is really pretty but out of those options I'd stick with Grace. I don't think it would be a problem anyway, especially not since it's a family name.

    I would definitely go with Grace since it's a family name.  All of my female cousins (first born, anyway) have the same middle name since it's our grandmothers.  Same for all the first born boys in the family.  Hopefully your sister understands and doesn't mind.  Ophelia Grace is a beautiful name.
