Stilling waiting, no ICPC start yet!

The good news is we signed our placement agreement yesterday, the bad news is we are still waiting for a letter about birth fa pub being completed before ICPC process can start.  

Please send thoughts or prayers that this can start soon, we REALLY want to be able to go home with our son.  He brings us such joy and I am trying to focus on the bigger picture but I need to admit that there are details of this process that are really stressing and upsetting me.

    I'm so sorry you're stuck away from home.

    Hopefully this is all over soon and you can take your son HOME!
