I don't know how many of you saw the breaking news on King 5 this morning about the fatlity in Buckley. I found out this afternoon it was my brother's best friend My heart is broken for his family and my brother. I went over to see my brother and I walked up the stairs and heard him bawling and I hid out in the bathroom until I could pull myself together enough to attempt to talk to him. I want so badly to comfort him, but I can't keep it together myself. I feel like a crummy sister
Hugs to you, S. The fact that you went to see your brother proves you're not a crummy sister. He may be glad that you didn't walk in on him crying. You never know. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and your brother's friend's family.
I guess I'm done since I am facebook-blocked at work...
Peace out!

I am kind of wishing that I had instituted a rule on the Seattle Bumpies FB page that to be approved, you have to actually post on the board -- or at least have posted reguarly in the past. I'm not overtly thrilled to get people signing up who have never even posted on here (and then don't post at all over there) and having access to all of our actual names and locations, given the AEs/weirdness around here as of late.
I HATE Uggs on adults (I think they are cute for little kids) and terry/velour track suits. I dont think that either should be worn in public no matter how much you spent on it.
Say WHA?? Uggs can go either way, but no love for Juicy??
Sorry dude- I just cant get on board with that one.
Granted, I DO own a set, but I only wear it to clean my house, or when I am camping. Its just so damn unflattering!
(this is also coming from the queen of flipflops & chipped toenail polish) hahaha
Okay, well at least you own one. I'm not a fan of the terry cloth but I love the velour. It really can be unflattering. I never wear the pants out in public or wear a set together, though. I love wearing the hoodies with jeans. And nothing wrong with flip flops
