Just wondering if there are any out there.
I was pretty active prior to getting pregnant but since becoming pregnant it's thrown me for a loop and physically I just haven't been able to. I'm hoping to fix that soon and also hoping I'm not the only one out there ![]()

Yes! I felt worse every time I tried to be more active. Even on a regular day I can run myself down to the point where I'm just sick (not throwing up) but feeling like I was run over.
My dr said there are some women that feel like working out give them a second wind, and others that are more exhausted. I dont feel bad about working out because I know that it probably isn't good to make myself so tired. I'm just making sure I'm eating well to counter act the not working out. So far so good.

This is definitely me, too. I miss running! But at the same time, there are days when just putting on the ol' sports bra is more investment than I seem to be able to manage...

Today I am pregnant & I love my baby!
I was pretty active before my BFP, continued to be for weeks 4 & 5, got a summer cold week 6 and was hit with the extreme fatigue at the same time. I have been in survival mode for the last 3 weeks and feel bad for not going to the gym or walking but at the same time I just don't have the energy to do anything after work except nap and lie on the couch.
I'm also hopeful that 2nd tri brings back my energy so I can force myself out the door the gym at least 3-4 times a week.
Hmm, that is good motivation. I was pretty fit before as well, and ran quite a bit, but I was so paranoid once I got my BFP. I tried to run with a heart rate monitor and my slowest jog had my heart rate at 160. I haven't felt that nauseus and actually feel so much better when I go for a nice vigorous walk. I'm just so dang lazy, and I've been indulging my cravings way too much!! MUST GET MORE ACTIVE!! I think I'm going to try a run-walk routine now, so I don't overheat. It's heard when it's the dead of summer and super humid everyday. I guess maybe the gym is the answer.
Honestly, after years of watching my weight the thought of just gaining and gaining and not being able to do anything about it is kind of terrifying to me. I know it's somewhat inevitable, but I'm hoping to keep the gain within the reccomended levels.
