Easy egg free cookies?

Does anyone have a super easy eggless cookie recipe?  I am not much of a cook or a baker, but I would like to have something on hand for my little guy to eat. Thanks!

Shortbread cookies are egg free.  I don't have a favorite recipe but I'm sure you could find a bunch through google.

You can always substitute flax seed for eggs in recipes.  It works great.
