Last pregnancy was horrible.  I tried EVERYTHING, apple cider vinigar included, it eased as the pregnancy went on (mid 2nd tri) but I know you aren't supposed to use acne fighting washes but I used a little of the clinique one and that helped a lot.  First the sales lady said when she was pregnant it was safe for her to use so i bought it then after using it twice i realized it had that saylic acid or whatever but it helped.    Sorry....

 The apple cider vingar helped for some women but it stinks!!

Ah, so that's why I'm breaking out!  I just re-ordered some Mario Badescu pimple lotion (the liquid one, not the cream) because I have 3 big ones.  It's a great product that dries it out right away. You put it on overnight & it's gone in 1 or 2 days.
