Gaining Too Much Weight

I gained 50lbs with DD and I'm really worried about gaining the same amount this time around. I gained some weight before becoming pregnant this time due to fertility medication, and even though I've been dieting/exercising for the last year or so, I've never been able to lose weight, but simply maintain it. As of this morning I weigh 153lbs (5'4"). I know it's not wise to try to lose weight during pregnancy, but what are some things that I could do to curb this a bit? Or at least slow it down? I've asked my doctor for nutrition advice, but he said I'm fine the way I am. =/

  • I eat fruit and veggies everyday (currently enjoying some fresh pineapple), never eat white bread, and drink nothing but water. Guess I'll just have to exercise a bit more and forget the occasional snack!
