How old is too old to shop at Forever 21?

I'm in need of a few cheap dresses. I still want to lose another 15lbs or so, so I don't want to spend a lot on something that won't fit me or will make me look like I am trying to dress younger than my age. I'm 36 y/o and wear a size 4/6 depending on the store. Can I get away with shopping there?

I agree.  So many things can be worn with a light cardigan or a jacket, if needed.  

I don't own a lot from there because the line at the dressing rooms is always cuh-RAZY and they don't take returns.  One of my sweaters from there was worn by Rachel on Glee ;o)

I found some great summer dresses at H&M.  A-line shape so good for hiding the baby (okay- Toddler) fat  I think they were $17 and at 33 I didn't feel out of place in the store.

I think I know which one you mean.  I almost bought that sweater, but didn't and then was so sad when I saw Rachel wearing it.  Major non-buyers remorse!

i dont think you are too old. like a pp said, if it fits you well, then you should shop anywhere. i love forevers jeggings and i shop at h&m as well. i also like old navy and target for cute inexpensive stuff.

I don't think of an age limit but more of a fit limit... my mom looks great in some of their stuff, I can't pull off 99.9% of their stuff. My mom is 55, I'm 33.
