I am a member at the Heights location and take my kids there on an almost weekly basis. I know you saw the back door left open one time when you were there. In 3+ years of being a member, I have never seen the same thing. I know it only takes one time for an accident to happen but still, that's a blanket statement from 1 experience and there wasn't even an incident.

The broken play kitchen with exposed screws and jagged pieces of wood was another issue.  An issue that I alerted their front desk staff to and was ignored.  I posted my review on yelp and the owners had it pulled down.  After some back and forth with yelp, they put it back up because it was a fair review and I was honest.  I have been three times and I will not ever return.  I am glad you have had a good experience there, but I have found the staff to be disinterested and not at all helpful.  I never recommend Wonderwild to anyone and I haven't been the only mom amongst my friends to have bad experiences there.  It wasn't just a one off.
