Diaper cut size ?

I found a diaper cut fs of a fabric I love, but it is only 18 x 18.  Isn't this really small? I thought most syof listings asked for at least 21 x 21.  Anyone know any WAHMs that would use an 18 x 18 cut?

If it's prewashed at that size, you might be able to do a Monkey Snuggles. She asks for 18x19 for OS fitteds but it would potentially be worth asking. She can do a newborn diaper with 14x14.

ETA: You could also ask the seller if they could make it 18x19 instead. Sometimes they'll do that for you.
