Under Belly vs. Full Panel Pants

Which do you like better?  Why?

In theory, I like under belly.  More space for the gut to hang out, etc.  But they always slide down my hips and after about 6 washes the band gets all twisted and kinky.  So I only have 2 pairs like that and I rarely wear them.

So in practice, I like full panel.  They stay in place, but the nylon makes my swoobies get all gross and hot.

I like under belly  for the first 25 weeks or so, but then I like full panel - the under belly at that point feels way too tight and uncomfortable.

I can't stand full panel. I hate the thought of having my pants pulled up to right under my boobs. :P I hate the hot and sweaty and itchy. I think I just can't stand something additional covering my belly. 

I will only wear under belly pants. I haven't ever had the problems you described but if I did I would probably be in the same quandary as you explain. Oddly, they aren't tight for me or fall down. I never have those problems. Hmmm....

Underbelly hurts for me after like 15 weeks, so I'm a huge fan of full panel.  It feels like it gives me much more support!

I like full panel.  You can fold the panel down earlier on and then wear it up when your belly gets big.

This.  DD was so low.  The under the belly pants put too much pressure on my stomach.  Whenever I sat down, I felt like I was going to pee my pants.  I wore them one time into work & had to call my DH for different pants.  When I squatted down next to a student's desk, I about lost it.  I was only 25 weeks at the time.

I like full panel better.  With the under belly ones, I constanly feel like either they're too tight or my pants are falling down.

Not a fan of the full panel...it gets too itchy.

I prefer full panel because they stay put better. I live in Vegas and I don't feel they make me too hot either.

I prefer full panel too. I thought the under belly ones would be more comfortable, but they just made me feel like everything was hanging out and gross. The full panel stay up better anyways.

I have both and wore them both in pregnancy #1.  I prefer the under belly at first when I am not that big, but once I am really showing I like the full panel ones.  They are so much more comfy.  The under belly ones hurt my belly once I am pretty big, seems to cut into my belly.

I use underbelly in the early stages and once my belly can keep up with full panel then I switch to those.  I actually like full panel better because they are more comfortable and don't sag down under my belly which is just uncomfortable for me.

Ditto!! I can't stand under belly. It feels like it digs into me when I am further along.

Under the belly, all the way! I can't stand full panels. Both of my kids dropped reallllly early too and I never had any issues. It was always just way more comfortable for me. I have to wear really low-rise jeans when I'm not pregnant too though. I just can't stand the feeling of the extra fabric on my belly!

I prefer full panel, you can roll it or keep it up.  Underbelly in not comfy.  Thats just me.
