Yup, the Stomp Rocket Jr is my go to gift for the 3-5 year old set.  They all love it!  I stock up on them from Amazon and get extra refills too.

I agree with everyone that the stomp rocket is a fun toy for the little ones.  Bean bag toss is another game my 3 year old son likes. For toys specifically he likes his pillow pet, thomas the trains and Imaginex dinosaurs.   And he loves taking them everywhere in his rolling backpack.

Race cars, dinosaurs, markers and instruments. If we're outside he just wants to dig in the sand so shovels and pails.

Trains and cars, anything to do with playing in water or sand.  He has a box filled with pinto beans that he LOVES playing with.  He has things to scoop and pour in the box along with a toy bulldozer and he will play with it for ages.

Sand Table, Dinosaurs and he like to ride his bike while stomping flowers. He seems to be a bit destructive but its fine. At first he would throw anything and if it didn?t break, he would cry. Now at least he has stopped that.
