Babies R Us Registry Not Working?

Is anyone else having this issue? I can log in and view my registry, but when I try to delete an item, it brings me to a page that says the registry is currently unavailable. This is the 3rd day in a row it has been doing this! It is just me?

  • Yes it has been doing it for weeks. It only does it to me when I try to delete something that is no longer available at their stores (my stroller, ugh.) SOOOO now I can't take the damn thing off!?

    Oh wow, you're right! I have been trying for days to just delete the same thing. I just tried to delete something else, and it worked! How annoying! So now we have to figure out how to get that stuff off of there!!

    I was having this same issue every time I tried to delete. I found if I changed the quantity desired to 0 then saved it worked.

    BRU kind of sucks. HTH.

    This same thing happened to me.  If I tried to delete one of the items at the bottom (without a picture), it would give me that error message.  I changed the quantity to 0 and selected update instead.

  • My SO & I registered at BRU & I was really disappointed. A lot of the items we scanned in the store didn't show up at all on the registry. Then some that we scanned in stores, showed up on the registry as "online only" items. Weird... I think the technicians at BRU just need to update their database & network. I never had issues like these with Target's registry!
