Due Date Pool Ideas? Help!

Does any one have any great suggestions for a due date pool? My sister in law is expecting and there are large families on both sides so I thought this would be fun to do. I am looking for general suggestions, suggestions on how to do this online if possible (we are dealing with a variety of locations), and if anyone has ever used this as a fun way to raise money for the new parents or has suggestions for a fun prize for the winner. Friends of mine did one through surveymonkey...  and I know there are some websites out there that do this.  No other suggestions though.  Have fun!

We used this one - https://www.expectnet.com/ - and it worked well. The only thing I changed was the point values because I think it gave picking the gender too many points.
