Finding mommy friends

Hi ladies! I am a SAHM to a 13 month old little girl and am finding it hard to connect with other mommies! Just wondering if others are running into this too??

I feel your pain. It feels like me and my 7 month old are trapped inside our house because we don't have many places to go.

Where are you?  I am in Grand Junction and my son's b-day is July28...we go walk at the park and mall with a few friends.

I have a friend who joined MOD moms, said they have playgroups by areas and also monthly happy hours for just moms to get out. Sounds like a good group. I also started going to a twinkle together, music class when my baby was 6 months old and made some friends that way as the kids are usually around the same age. Good luck!
