how can I reuse plastic playdoh containers?!

I'm usually pretty good with finding ways to reuse containers. But these are so small - and I have about 6 right now with plenty more to follow! I don't wanna throw them in with the recycling but I cant think of another use. Are they safe to put food in? Although I've got plenty of food storage containers. WDYT? TIA!

My mom used to use small containers like that as paint containers or paintbrush rinsing containers when using water colors.

We're using them as pool toys.  they float, they sink, they're bright, it's great.

this! It's super easy to make and you already have color coded container lids!

You could fill them with beans and make noise makers out of them. Glue paper to the outside and have your kids decorate them. They would make great shakers I think!
