Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Does anyone elses baby not like being in the stroller?

Izzy gets pissed off because she wants to sit straight up. Do I just need a new stroller or do they all recline like that? She gets seriously pissed, you guys should have seen her in Target.

  • Joy has to be in a very good mood to stand the stroller.  She does just fine when she's in a cart, but strollers grind her gears.  So I figured it's high time to get a parent facing stroller.

If you want I have two very used three point harness strollers.  If you come down to FL you can have both for teh free, Joy can easily sit up in them.

my DD loves the stroller. what kind do you have? does it only incline or can you put it upright more. my DD seems to like it in the most upright position. we also have an umbrella stroller (chicco) that doesnt incline or change positions and she likes that one too.

It's just our travel system stroller, it's worked fine all the way up till now. It's upright as far as it will go.

FL is my second favorite state.

I noticed in the first umbrella stroller we had, she didn't sit up so well. She does like tue new one better that allows her to sit up right, but she gets antsy to move around after awhile so she screams anyway. Does she like sitting cart better where she can see? That helped with us.
Most the time, she is in the cart but that wasn't an option today but obviously I need a stroller of some kind for events/places that don't have carts. LOL

Looks like I must go stroller shopping. Just in time for me to give my SIL my travel system for her newly pregnant self.

  • i'm also looking for a sit-straight-up stroller. now that my DD is older, she actually cares to look around instead of just laying back.
  • The price was a little hard to swallow, but we have a BJ City Select and it can sit very upright or recline fully.  You can also turn the seat to face you if that's the mood they are in.  We justified the cost by saying it could be a double stroller if/when we have more kiddos.
