we just had our first on 5/9. she's amazing! we were planning on waiting until 1/2013 to try for the next, but after having her, i want to start trying this january. i mentioned it to dh and he said possibly. i randomly lurk on this board to see what everyone's experiences are like. i love the stories. it makes me excited at the thought of having 2u2. :-)

Congrats on your DD. 2u2 is exciting...Go for it! I grew up with sisters close in age and it was super fun as a kid, and it's so rewarding as a parent.

We are planning on waiting 6 months, if we haven't already slipped up.  My sister and I are 15 months apart and it was great growing up with someone so close in age. We did alot together and shared common interest.

Congrats on your LO.  Ours was born 5/4/10 and a few days later (she was a preemie & still in the hospital) I looked at DH and said I want another one!    He was like - she's not even out of the hospital yet!  I always knew I wanted 2u2 - was hoping for closer than 19 months, but my body had other thoughts. 

My brother and I were over 4 years apart and never close until we got older, so I hope my LO's are close!

I'm in the same situation!  We just had our first on 5-5 (Cinco de Mayo baby!) and are considering trying for our second this January.  I ventured onto this board to see how everyone with two little ones was handling it.  Good luck to you!

Wow, I thought I was the only crazy one. DD was born 4/7/11 and at first DH and I thought about TTC in August to have another spring baby, but I decided to wait till Thanksgiving to go off the pill.

Hoping I get and can handle 2U2!!!
