itti bittis?

Okay I just got a bundle of itti bitti's in the mail and am so excited to try them out!  But the inserts are a little confusing to me!  I have a 3 mo old daugher and was thinking of using the largest insert snapped into the backside.  

Has anyone used this brand and have any hints about the various inserts and/or fit hints?  TIA!
