One of the Bumpies (ack, can't remember who) recommended this local gal at Sophisticookie to me. I never actually used her for cookies for M's bday because I didn't have the budget for it, but she seemed really nice and the prices were good for decorated cookies. I can't give any feedback on the actual product though because I didn't end up ordering:
