Does/did your child spike a fever while teething?

I think Max is getting his 2-year molars (finally!) and has a fever around 100.  I don't remember Ian's teething - how sad - nor do I know if Max has had a fever previously w/teething given the various illnesses that go through this house.

 Anyway, is this common in your kids to get a temp when cutting teeth?

I've never heard of this.  You might want to call your ped if you are worried.

My DD is also cutting her 2 year molars and did have a one night fever of 103.  I don't know if it was really her teeth or just a quick virus, but the fever came and went with no other symptoms.  GL

It can happen, we went through that with DD at least a couple times.  I am pretty sure I read that if it is below 101 it's OK.
