I'm always curious what other people are making, and like to get ideas from others to liven up our dinner rotation when it gets stale.
We're moving on Friday, so I'm trying to clean out the fridge and pantry this week. Here's the menu I came up with:
Tonight - Leftover pasta from last night, watermelon, bread
Monday - Meatloaf, red potatoes in the skillet, asparagus
Tuesday - penne pasta with red pepper sauce, bread
Wednesday - yoga night = Subway or Qdoba
Thursday - Breakfast for dinner - eggs, pancakes, bacon
Friday - BLTs and homemade potato soup
Saturday - out
Re: What's for dinner this week?
I do a month long meal plan. I plan for every day of the week except Sundays.
Monday-Porcupine meatballs
Tuesday- Baked mac and cheese
Wednesday- Tacos
Thursday-Broccoli and goat cheese souffle
Friday-Chicken wraps
Saturday- Runza casserole
Did you want the rest of the month's plan?

Ask me stuff.
Ekkkk, I usually have good dinners planned all week, but since we are moving on Saturday, I've got nothing. Most of my pantry is packed up, plus we have a busy week. This uses up about everything in our pantry/freezer:
Sunday: frozen California pizza kitchen BBQ chicken pizza, salad
Monday: chicken stir fry with lots of veggies, salad
Tuesday: pasta with homemade pesto and veggies, salad
Wednesday: take out
Thursday: ravioli with marina, salad
Friday: take out
Saturday: take out
Ask again in a couple weeks when our life calms down, and I promise this will be better!!
Monday - Homemade marinara w/ground beef and linguine from the Farmer's Market
Tuesday - Seared ahi tuna and garlic green beans
Wednesday - Chicken marinated in Trader Joe's Island Soyaki grilled, zucchini on the grill, fried green tomatoes
Thursday - Use leftover chicken in a salad, French bread
Friday - Omlette w/summer squash and baked red potatoes (sort of baked hashbrowns). Forgot we had bacon so adding bacon!
Saturday - Date night
