New here :)

I am hoping to stay active on this board as I look to this board as an extra support for myself. I lost 30 of the 40 pounds i was trying to lose last year but after the new year, I completly fell off the wagon and I gained 17 pounds of it back. Now I am trying to lose 30-40 pounds by December. 

I joined a gym and have been going about 5 days a week to get in cardio and about 3-4 of those days I work on my arms,abs and some leg routines.

How much cardio should I be doing daily? I am struggling with knowing how much of each exercise in terms of reps that I should be doing too. Any advice would be appreciated.
