Just found out on 4th were expecting. I normally workout everyday- running weights and other cardio. Is it Safe for treadmil etc? How long can I keep up intensity?

You didn't train like a knucklehead before you got pregnant, don't train like one now that you are pregnant. As long as you listen to your body, ease up when you need to then make hay when the sun shines based on how you're feeling on any given day, that's the most important step to take. Take the time to read over ACOG's recommendations on physical activity during pregnancy.
I'm around 18w right now, and I JUST started to really lose my "intensity" that I had with the amount of weight I lift. I'm still getting in the reps and volume just not with nearly the weight I was doing even a month ago. The main thing at this point is maintain as much muscle mass as possible...
