Are the adjustable canopies working correctly? 

I just got mine yesterday and after putting the stroller together, I've noticed that both canopies (one on each seat) is not working correctly. They are adjustable, but they are too loose on one side, so if I adjust the canopy up (to be taller), the one side slides down...it's almost like it's ready to pop off.

Does this make sense? I don't think I'm doing anything wrong...you just slide it up and down to adjust it, right? I slide it up and it slides right back down on the one side....I'm going to call the company but they aren't open on weekends.
