Empanada update...

They were awful.  :(  My dough came out super dry.  I ended up buying the frozen Goya ones, but with the time crunch I decided against it.  The Nutella is a good idea, but it's a little concentrated!  

I went with b-day pies instead...I'm our family's pie maker for the holidays so I figured I couldn't mess those up!! ;)

    I was wondering about them today, as well, as I bought a new jar of Nutella. Sorry they didn't come out well. Hopefully next time will be better.
