I think Lillianna is beautiful!  I'm not a fan of Leila or Layla, the "lay" part throws me off.  I do like Lila or Lilah though!

Though I like the name Leila better than Lilliana, I chose Lilliana because it sounds better with Elise, IMO. Saying Leila Elise feels weird because there are too many L's in close proximity to each other.

Lilliana Elise sounds pretty.

Leila Elise - my that's a lot of vowel sounds and L sounds. I think it trips a little when I say it. A bit too much for me to make it my number one choice.

Lilliana Elise - two things about this combination. 1) I love that ANA breaks up the vowels and the L sounds...I think it has the best flow because of this. 2) I don't like this spelling - Liliana is the original, and if it's shortened to Lily at any stage, the nick name would also be spelled properly as opposed to Silly Lilly. I'm not sure how the second L got attached to this name...maybe a bit like the H being tacked onto non-H names? Anyway, I'm a stickler for these things. I feel that Liliana is easier on the eyes and has a more international feel.
