Where do you get your elastic?  I usually buy the small packages at Joanns or Michaels but would really like something a little more stretchy.  I also need to buy something bigger than the small packages b/c I waste too much.

Joann's sells elastic by the yard, it's on big flat spools like trimmings come on.

I am curious to the answers, since I waste a lot of the packages, since they don't have long enough pieces for two outfits for DD, and the seams are annoying, so I don't like to sew it together.  I find the pajama elastic is good for most applications and softer/more stretchy.

I buy it by the yard. It's usually right underneath the packages at JoAnn's.

I've ordered it from Fabric.com, and I've gotten it at Joann's.  But I really, really don't like Joann's, so I don't do that very often.
