I went in today for my "graduation" appt with my RE. I was so excited to see my gummy bear. The Dr came in and started the u/s. I kept staring at her to see if everything was wrong since I couldn't see the monitor. She told me that it looked like the baby stopped growing after our last appt and that there was no heartbeat. They are trying to schedule my d&c now since my body still thinks it's pregnant.

It was nice getting to know all of you even if it was for a short time. Good luck to all you here and wishing you all a happy and healthly 9 months.

I hate you have to experience this pain.  I wish you the best of luck during your healing journey.

Practical advice: Always Infinity pads are amazing; take a stool softener if you take Rx pain meds; get a heating pad.

Emotional advice: Take care of yourself; surround yourself with supportive people, force yourself out of your comfort zone eventually; I found a lot of comfort, support, and information on the Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss board, and then later on the TTC After a Loss board.
