Quick! Petit Ami runs large or small?

There's a romper on zulily I want to buy!  The size chart suggests I should buy a size larger, but I just want to be sure since it's summer stuff to wear now, or not at all.

In my experience it runs a little larger than other boutique brands. Eleanor can still wear her 3M petit ami dresses but is in 6M or 9M in other brands.
