I saw in another post of mine a few days ago that you have issues with the FAAN. Can I ask why? You can email me if you are uncomfortable posting here.

We are ordering their Safe @ School teaching program to provide training to the staff at my/DD's school, and after a lengthy phone chat with the VP of their education dept this morning, I am considering becoming a member. But I was curious as to what your reasoning was for disliking the organization...

They are not forthright about who funds their website and research efforts.  I do not believe their goal is one that moves towards a cure.  I would recommend this book if you would like to know more.
