I probably do a combination of all three depending on how fast I say it and whether I'm reading the name out loud, or using it in a conversation, that sort of thing....
I think the difference is pretty subtle. I doubt anyone would notice much of a difference unless they were specifically listening for it.
I am a Julia, and I love my name. It's uncommon but not out there. I think it's gaining popularity in recent years, though.
I usually hear it pronounced Ju--lee-uh. I think people from the northeast or just people speaking quickly tend to say Jul-ya, but it really isn't that big of a difference. I know they mean me!

Thanks for the replies ladies! And it's nice to hear from a IRL Julia! lol I tend to almost always say Jul-ya (and I did spend part of my youth in the Northeast!), but the other pronunciations don't bother me. It was kind of a just wondering question.
We named our DD Julia. I find myself flipping between Jul-yah and Ju-lee-ah. I actually posted the same question on here a couple of months ago. Here's what others had to say:

We get lots of compliments on our daughter's name. I haven't seen Julia mentioned all that much on this board. I am a little biased.
Ju-lee-uh.
This is our top girls name. I love it. If we have a girl chances are this is her name.
