My heart is breaking for you.  I don't want to say I know exactly what you're going through, but my first loss was very similar.  We had heard the heartbeat at 7, 8, and 10 weeks...as well as great u/s at 7 & 8 weeks.  Then at my NT scan at 12 weeks, I knew immediately that the baby didn't look big enough...and I couldn't see the flicker.  My poor DH was confused as I laid there sobbing in front of the sonographer before he could even utter the words.  Our baby measured 10 weeks 2 days...so s/he passed within a day or two of our last OB appt heartbeat check.  I was absolutely devastated as well so I wish I could give you this biggest IRL hug.   

I'm so very sorry that this happened to you and your DH.  You've been through so much to have this little one and it's so not fair that s/he was taken from you so soon.  Some things I will never understand. 

T&P's coming your way as you go through tomorrow and begin to heal from this.  I absolutely hate this for you.

I'm glad you didn't mind me sharing my story.  I just wanted you to know you are not alone.  If you ever want to talk, I'm here. 

I just remember feeling the most helpless feeling in the world....knowing that my so desparately-wanted child was gone and there was nothing I could do about it.  With a missed m/c, you are absolutely blind-sided.  It makes my heart ache and my stomach hurt just knowing the emotions that you're going through right now.  I would tell people that I'd never get "over" losing my baby but in time I'd deal with it better...and over a year later, this is still how our feel. 

Praying all goes smoothly tomorrow and will be thinking about you in the coming days.
