You can have withdrawls if you stop taking citalopram medicine cold turkey. I ran out of my medicine and I have been so busy the last few days that I keep forgetting to order more so I can pick it up. Well, now I am paying for not taking my medicine. I have been dizzy, really tired, sweating, I feel like my heart is pounding, and I just feel very off.

I need my meds!
