Just venting. Our house has been on the market since the end of March. It is such a pain to keep it clean and ready to show with two kids. Things have been so slow. But, every time we have a showing I feel like it is a waste of time. Today's showing, they thought the house was great (it is), they thought the neighborhood was great (it is), they thought the yard was great (it is), but the house was too small/not set up well for them and their FOUR kids. No kidding. It's too small and not set up well for us and our TWO kids. That's why we are trying to sell it. Why would someone with four kids have even bothered looking at it? Read the listing sheet and you'll know it's not what you are looking for. What a waste. Ugh.

Re: NPR: so frustrated trying to sell our house
I feel your pain. It took us 2.5 years to sell ours in MD.
My mom's place, same thing. 75+ showings and they love everything except the lack of a garage, which information is clearly in the listing. Why show someone a place without a garage if they specifically want one?
