Is anyone else having this problem..About a week ago my sweet baby boy learned to really start rolling, which I thought was so cute, but not in the middle of the night..He ends up rolling himself into the corner of his bed and then he gets upset because he can't seem to get himself out..So needless to say he is waking up me and my husband every 2-3 hours..If you are having this same problem..have you come up with any solutions?

Re: Rolling in Sleep
This was/is happening to us too. Auds will wake up after sleeping a few hours, squawking because she's on her belly and her face is pressed up against the slats of the crib. Silly girl.
So we started putting a big pillow pet on the right side of her legs so she can't roll all the way over. She only rolls to her right, so it's working so far. We also swaddled arms out for a few nights, and that worked to an extent.
But she seems to be rolling over in her crib less frequently recently, and I think it's because she's learning to control her rolls so they only happen when she wants to roll over. Before, it would happen while she was asleep, and wake her up. So the issue seems to be resolving itself on its own.
Yep, B is rolling all over her crib at night. We stopped swaddling about 2 weeks ago and ever since then she's all over the place. She seems to inch down the mattress and then go sideways and press herself against the slats of her crib. She doesn't seem to mind, but it drives me nuts. Since she goes to bed at 6:30, I normally go in and move her back up about 3-4 times before we go to bed.
She has a cold now and her mattress is elevated. Its like a baby rollercoaster in there, she's really all over the place now. Last night she was upside down, so much for the elevated mattress helping her stuffy nose! haha
I'm hoping this will die down a bit after a while.
