Do you know of a good one? I know there are websites....I just find at the end of the day the last thing I want to do is read another web page or for that matter even turn on the computer.
I searched for this alot when they were first eating solids & then with transitioning to table food and had a lot of trouble finding non online resources that were not just cookbooks with extra info or a book with a particular agenda. I really wanted to understand serving sizes, how much to expect kids to eat in different age ranges, how to deal with pickiness, when to worry about intake, how to deal with mealtime issues, etc, and never found anything general like that about infant & toddler nutrition, I'm sad to say. I hope someone has a good rec for you!
Re: books on baby nutrition/food?
4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!
sFET 11/9/11 - Beta 11/18 BFP!
This! Excellent book, basically a "baby food for dummies" book. Takes the guesswork out of everything baby food related.
Thanks!
