new to the bump and confused

i think that i am pregnant but my hpts have all said negative. i have not had a cycle since early april and i have had several preg symptoms as well. i have the nausea, vomitting, bloating, extreme tired and sensitivity to many smells. i hadnt seen my friends grandmother who is nintyone in almost two years and wen i seen her she instantly told me i was pregnant. i hav tried testing since then and still showing negative. i went to the dr and all tests came back neg but i still havnt hearde anything about my blood test results go back to the dr the beginning of july should i ask for an ultrasounand. what do i do?

You're not pregnant. I don't know what else to tell you. I would be talking to your gyno about why you haven't had a period since April. That would concern me more than anything.

No one here can tell you if you are pregnant. If the blood test come back negative then you are not pregnant. Are you TTC? Sometimes the stress of TTC can make you miss periods.
