Negative Feedback with Colic Calm?

Hi ladies, FI is really against using Colic Calm on DD even though the doctor said it was fine for us to use when we can't calm her down.  Background, DD has been going through colic and now she is starting to teeth ughh! Anyways, just wanted to know if anyone's LO had a negative experience using it. *tia*

My dh calls it quiet juice. Lol. It helps her tummy/ teething soo much. Teething can call extra acid in the tummy = tummy aches and the kolik calm helps. DD also had/ has mild reflux and we where told to use that instead of drugs due to her allergic reaction to zantac. If the dr says to use it, then use it. Try giving it before feedings and if you can give smaller doeses to start to see if it has an ill effect.

We have had a negative experience with it. The first couple of times we used it things worked fine. The last 3 times we have tried it, DS has thrown up. Something about it makes him vomit, so we threw it out. I hope this doesn't happen for you, because it seemed to work the first few times we used it.

We love it!  It worked magic before we figured out tatertot's dairy allergy.  Beware, though, it can be constipating if used too often.  It also turns the stools blackish.
