Dairy/soy free cake

My brothers bday is Thurs, mine Fri, and DD's is Sat. Needless to say there will be a lot of cake eating going on. I want in on it. Can you share your gave dairy and soy free recipe? TIA!

Google Crazy Cake. It's a super easy chocolate cake that only has sugar, flour, cocoa, vinegar, vanilla, oil, and water. Plus, it's super yummy and can be made right in the baking pan.

I've been eating angel food cake or carrot cake, both of which are normally dairy and soy free.

Oh and I like the vegan cake in the Martha Stewart's Cupcake book. Marshmallow fluff makes a good frosting.

I just made a cake for my sister this weekend for her bday.  Just google dairy free cake, there are a million recipes.  For frosting  I took 2 cans of coconut milk and let them get cold in the fridge then scooped the solids off.  Whip the coconut solid with powdered sugar.  It is yummy!

I ordered a chocolate decadence vegan cake from a local bakery.  It was better than the real birthday cake, IMHO.
