No such thing as free!

I just got back from the worst and most expensive "free" lunch.  My daughter had a coupon for a free kids meal at Friendly's, so I decided to treat her after running errands this morning.  The fine print said with any adult purchase, so I figured I would just order a side salad and pick off of her plate.  Of course, once we got there, I was told that I needed to order an entree.  It ended up costing $12 before tip - which wouldn't have been that big of a deal if the food would have been actually good.  I guess I learned my lesson - nothing is truly "free!"

Yes, their food isn't very good.  I just go for the ice cream now.  Now that is good.  I have a lot of free kids meals for Friendlies and havn't used any because I don't want to eat the food.
