Introducing Myself...

I have been lurking for awhile & have found this board extremely helpful! I have been hesitant to post/introduce myself because I haven't felt like I have much help to offer.  Our son was born at 32 weeks 6 day due to a premature rupture.  I woke up at 3:30 in the morning & my water had broken.  Because of the amount of fluid loss he couldn't be kept the 2 additional weeks they would have liked. So instead I was admitted & given magnesium sulfate to stop my contractions in order to give them 48 hours to administer the steroid shots to develop his lungs. He was born at 4lbs 12 oz.  We are very fortunate that he only had to spend 11 days in the NICU.  He is doing well at home and I am loving being a Mom.  That is my brief introduction & thank you ladies for all of the advice & tips you have already given me without even knowing it.  I hope I can be as helpful to others.
