Where can I get the tiny cookie cutters/veggie cutters

Michael's -- they have some in the cake area for use as fondant cutters

Any kitchen specialty store would have them. Williams Sonoma, but they probably charge an arm and a leg.

I found some at a Japanese store and got others on amazon.  They have quite a variety on amazon.  Search for aspic cookie cutters or kotobuki.
