My sister made a banana cake with cream cheese frosting and then did the flag pattern made out of fruit on top.. Blueberries for the stars, sliced strawberries and bananas for the stripes. Yummm.
we love packet bananas! you make a packet with foil and add some chocolate chips (we usually use blocks and just break off the bricks) and some other fruit if you want. Then fold over and seal then grill for a few minutes and serve with a scoop of ice cream.

Banana boats. Split the banana lengthwise (still in it's skin) and stuff with chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, peanut butter, nutella or butterscotch chips. Wrap in foil and throw on the grill until the stuffing has melted. Yum-o!
Re: dessert with bananas in it?
