    Ya either that or it has to be on your registry. ?If you talk to a manager they'll let you do it most of the time, though, otherwise.

    Laura - nope - you have to have the receipt for either a store credit or refund of any sort, from what I've been told when I was there.

    If the manager is nice. ?I've had to do that twice in Bellevue and after the cashier said no I asked to talk to the manager who always said yes, but how they are not supposed to, blah blah blah.

    I just got screwed at Tukwila.  I needed to exchange a Carter's item for a different size.  Becasue it was the one they rang up at 50% off at the BOGO sale, they wanted to return it at $7.50 and resell the larger size (exact same item) at $14.99.  The manager took care of it but it was still ridiculous.

     And I had a receipt.
