Birth Certificate Question.

I am filing for child support through the state (KY) and I am wondering if Parker's dad will be added to the Birth Certificate when we get the paternity test results back (his idea, not mine).

    I'm in Ohio and they automatically amended my DD'S BC once the paternity tests came back. They did it without my knowledge and I didn't know about until I ordered a copy when she started school! I was not a happy camper about it.

    I'm in Oklahoma and after the genetic testing and CS stuff, it wasn't added. He had to get a lawyer to send me papers be served and all that just to be added.

    If EX would have just asked me to be added then I would have said yes, lol. But he's the dumbAss wasting his money, not me.

    In MO the father's name is automatically added after the court order for CS etc is done. At least that's what they told me. I'm still waiting for this process to be over.
