Went into BRU for probably the last time

BRU is not close to me but I drove to the plaza today because there was a party store there. I stopped in BRU to see if they had safety stairs. (They didn't)  As I walked around I realized I had no reason to ever go back. This after I pretty much lived in that store for the first four months of Matty's life and I hate the chain store-ness of it.  I have to admit it made me a little sad (sniff).

I tooooottally understand how you feel. We hardly ever go there anymore and went a few months back to use up some old gift certs and it made me sad wondering if we'd ever go back. Embarrassing to admit, but whatever

I don't go there much either, especially after I wised up and started buying things cheaper at other stores, like Target brand diapers instead of Pampers!

I went in there to add some things to my registry and had the WORST customer service. I am thinking of cancelling my registry and finding another place.  I am a first time parent and had some questions about car seats (as you can imagine) and there was NO ONE to help us.  I had to go and find someone and even then they could not help us.
