I've been lurking hoping to find some interesting reading on things 9-12 month related. Instead, I found tons of drama.

We'll since I'm a new 9-12'er. Can someone bring me and maybe some other newbies up to speed (Cliff notes please)?

...Wondering if someone can update our glossary to include the "AE".
