Any trail runners?

I used to run cross country, so I basically learned by doing trail runs. I'd like to get into it instead of just running through the neighborhood. Luckily we have about 2 miles of trail right behind our house. I ran out there this morning and did far better than I have since I started running.

I do occasionally but I find it harder because I have to pay more attention for rocks, holes, all that stuff. When I just run on the street I can zone out.

I do all the  time. I work in a beautiful place that has about 20-30 different trails we can hike or run during the lunch hour.

I used to do a lot of trail running. I actually prefer it to running on the roads but getting to a trail adds time to my workouts and I don't have tons of time to begin with. Great workout, though, and I always liked the way I had to focus on the trail and really pay attention to what I was doing.
